Enable support-centers, Help-Desk, and Customer representatives and their Client can move directly from a Phone-support session to Screen-Sharing session even both terminal have firewall protected.
 

How to use GlobalHelp?
Suppose you are remote-help representative. You need register here to get webtopc account.
STEP1 :
Please inform your client to click GlobalHelp download link to download GlobalHelp software.
After download, your client input your webtopc account(eg: support@company.com) to sign-in when GlobalHelp software is running .
STEP2 :
• Please go to Http://www.webtopc.com, sign in your account.
• Click "connect" button, input your webtopc account(eg: support@company.com) in new pop-up windows . Your Client PC's screen will appear on your PC in no time.
• You can remote control your Client's PC . ( Ex:Help your Client to Install or configurate software, Solve tech problem, Etc. )
• At end of the session, right click globalhelp icon your client PC and close it. Your account is release. You can use it in another client PC to help them fix problem.

How to use GlobalHelp remote control your client's PC
For your Client
1. Please inform your client to click GlobalHelp download link to download GlobalHelp software.
2. After download, your client input your account to sign-in when GlobalHelp software is running.

 
If you are technician or help-desk,
Ex: your webtopc account is helpdesk@company.com
your Client input your account (helpdesk@company.com) here .
 
 
 

 
 
When surf icon appears here, your Client's PC is online.
 
For You ( Ex: Technician, Help-desk, Customer Representative or Support Centers)
1. Please go to Http://www.webtopc.com .
2. login your account   

 
 
Input your account
 
 
Input account password
 
3. Connect
 
 
click "connect" button to connect

 
 
 
 
 
 
Input your account(helpdesk@company.com) in password pop-up window.
Note: Password here is your account (Ex: helpdesk@company.com)
4. Logon Succeed
 
Your Client PC's screen will appear on your PC in no time.
You can remote control your Client's PC . ( Ex:Help your Client to Install or configurate software, Solve tech problem, Etc. ) 
 
 
5. Close or inform your client close GlobalHelp process after this technical support

 
 
At end of the session, close your client GlobalHelp application by right-clicking surf icon. Release your account for reuse to help your another client.
